Cancellation Policy
At Nutrione, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may request cancellation only before the order is dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests must be made by contacting our support team via phone or email.
2. Order Cancellation by Nutrione
Nutrione reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be initiated if payment has already been made.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled.
- Products purchased during special sales or promotions may not be eligible for cancellation unless stated otherwise.
